I cannot say enough good things about Addison and his business "Dumford Irrigation". He is now my full irrigation service provider and irrigation materials vendor. He started out with a free onsite visit for initial look and quote. I had a few sprinkler zones not working and 2 spots where my fence installation company busted up my lines by digging without looking. So, Addison found the issues quick and quoted me a solid good price to fix. We agreed to the scope of work and price. He then gave me his primary number and scheduled the service call day.

Once onsite, Addison and his associate quickly found and fixed all the trouble spots and got all the zones working correctly. They even added some small other items to the list to fix without any hesitation. I did not asked for the above and beyond scope of work, but good standing businessmen with ethics and values know how to treat a client. Once the job was completed I asked what the adjusted cost would be for the added work. Nothing extra he stated... I insisted they take the extra for the work but would only take a fraction of what I offered.

They used a 'skimmer' to take the grass (sod) off prior to trenching, then put it back when installation was complete. This made the finished product look good, not having to wait for grass to grow. Addison worked with us; reasonable price, good value, professional job.
